We, Axelia Partners, are professionals with years of experience in financial advisory. We have been working together for over dozen years. During this time we have assisted in over 300 projects of mergers, acquisitions, public offers and arranging financing, which value oscillated from dozens up to several hundred million zlotys. For many years we had been managing advisory part of one of the leading Polish banking institutions.

We have experience in executing projects in various industry sectors, services, trade and real estate. We worked for Polish entrepreneurs and governmental institutions, fast growing private companies, investment funds and large, both Polish and foreign corporations. Leszek Filipowicz

Leszek has over 25 years of experience in M&A, public offerings, restructuring and strategic advisory. He participated in organizational restructuring projects and privatizations of specific industry sector particularly refinery, petrochemical and steel industry. He was involved in negotiations and managed advisory teams working for Polish and foreign companies involved in M&A transactions. He worked as an advisor for Ministry of Economy, Ministry of State Treasury and OECD. He participated in preparation of over 20 public offerings on Warsaw Stock Exchange and in dozen restructuring projects and arranging debt financing.

He worked on projects for private and public companies and institutions of various sectors of the economy: construction, petroleum, steel, mining, engineering as well as food industry and distribution.

Leszek is a graduate from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Warsaw. He was also granted a Fulbright scholarship at the Tennessee University in the USA. He has a Ph. Dr. in Economics and is an author of articles and publications in the field of economics. Leszek speaks English fluently.

Cezary Gadowski

Cezary has over 25 years of experience in transaction advisory on both the private market, including M&A, and the public market, including IPOs. He has participated in more than 120 advisory projects, including 80 as project manager, with values ranging from several million to several hundred million PLN. He has advised on numerous merger and acquisition transactions in Poland, including privatisation projects, and abroad, as well as on the structuring and arrangement of financing for investment and acquisition projects. He has also participated in many projects related to public offerings, NewConnect offerings and bond issues. He has been involved in projects for clients from a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, construction, trade and distribution, engineering and finance.

He has advised financial institutions, the Ministry of State Treasury, Polish owners of medium-sized and small companies, as well as foreign investors. He has many years of experience in negotiation processes conducted with Polish and foreign investment funds, Polish and foreign industry investors, and private investors.

He is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics. He is fluent in English.

Piotr Gałązka

Piotr Gałązka

Piotr has over 28 years of experience in economic advisory. During this time he participated in over 50 M&A transactions, numerous strategic advisory projects and restructuring processes. As an advisor he gained experience in many sectors of the economy, particularly in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, retail, distribution and logistics. He directed many complex projects executed for public administration institutions: Ministry of the State Treasury, Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Finance and other leading Polish companies. He participated in dozens transactions on public market (IPO and SPO). Prior to his advisory activity Piotr gained experience in industry and trade of pharmaceuticals and agricultural chemistry. For more than six years he was involved in transfer of chemical technologies and direct capital investments.

Piotr graduated with master's degree from the Central School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw (currently Warsaw School of Economics) and studied management at UMIST (Manchester School of Management). He speaks English and Russian fluently.

Marcin Steindel

Marcin has over 28 years of experience in transaction advisory on the private market, including M&A, the real estate market, the public market, including IPOs, and in debt financing. He has acted as an advisor on transactions with a total value of several billion PLN. He has advised on numerous real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and IPOs in Poland and abroad. He also has experience in structuring and arranging financing for leveraged buyouts. He has successfully completed many financing processes for real estate and industrial projects. He has extensive experience across many sectors, including real estate, construction, food processing, particularly the fish industry, FMCG production and distribution, retail, hospitality, as well as the machinery and metal industries. He has participated in over 170 advisory projects.

He has advised both businesspeople listed among Forbes’ 100 richest Poles, Polish owners of medium-sized and small companies, and foreign investors. He has successfully arranged credit financing from most major banks operating on the Polish market. He has many years of experience in negotiation processes conducted with Polish and foreign investment funds, Polish and foreign industry investors, private investors, and banks.

He is a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He is fluent in English and German.
